How do I get into the Parent Area?

Tap Parent Area at the bottom of the home screen, then answer the multiplication question. It is written out in words — for example, "What is twenty-three times seven?" — so that a child cannot get past it. The same gate protects every purchase.

What can I control?

• Sound effects and vibration
• Whether hints are available
• Whether an on-screen timer is shown (off by default — timers add pressure)
• Puzzle difficulty
• Resetting all progress

What does the Parent Area show me?

Puzzles solved, minutes played, the current daily streak, how many explanations your child has read, and a breakdown by skill area — pattern recognition, mathematics, logical thinking, memory, language, spatial reasoning and critical thinking.

Does the app collect any data about my child?

No. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. Progress is stored only on the device. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. All 510 puzzles are included in the app and it works in aeroplane mode. The only time the app goes online is if you choose to make a purchase.

Purchases

What is the Adventure Pass?

The Academy Realm and its 50 puzzles are free forever. The Adventure Pass is a single payment that opens the other five realms. You can also buy realms individually. There are no subscriptions.

Can my child spend money by accident?

No. Every purchase requires passing the parental gate first, and the gate is shown again for each purchase — passing it once does not unlock later ones. The in-game coins cannot be bought with money at all; they are only earned by solving puzzles.

I bought the Adventure Pass but it is not showing

Open Parent Area → Restore purchases, or the Restore purchases link on the Adventure Pass screen. Make sure the device is signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled by them. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use Google Play's order history. Email us if you need help.

Playing the game

A realm is locked even though I paid

Realms also unlock with stars, so that progress is earned rather than skipped. The realm card on the Explore Realms map shows how many more stars are needed.

My child is stuck on a puzzle

Every puzzle has a hint, bought with earned coins. A hint caps that puzzle at two stars but never blocks progress. After solving, tapping "Why is this correct?" explains the reasoning step by step — that explanation is the point of the app.

Is the difficulty adjustable?

Yes — Explorer, Adventurer and Master, changeable at any time from the Parent Area.
