The service
Cadence is a practice tool for public speaking, interviews, and everyday communication. It is not legal, medical, HR, or career advice, and it does not guarantee interview or sales outcomes.
Accounts
You may use Cadence as a guest (data stays on this device) or with email. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Purchases
Cadence 1.0 is free. Optional Cadence Pro subscriptions, when offered, are billed by Apple or Google. They auto-renew until you cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services, or record other people without their permission.
Intellectual property
Scenarios, frameworks, and the Cadence name and design belong to us. You keep rights to your own practice recordings and transcripts stored on your device.
Disclaimer
Cadence is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost practice data, missed interviews, or indirect damages.
