Common fixes
Microphone or speech recognition denied. Open iOS Settings → Cadence (or Android Settings → Apps → Cadence → Permissions) and allow Microphone. Speech Recognition is required on iPhone for live transcripts.
Empty transcript. Speak closer to the phone and wait a second after tapping record. Cadence scores what it heard — it does not invent sample text.
Guest vs email. Guest progress stays on this device. Email is optional. You can delete your account in Settings.
Reminders. Turn on Practice reminders in Settings. Cadence sends a local daily nudge; it does not send marketing push.
Cadence Pro. Paid unlocks are not sold in 1.0. Extra scenarios will arrive in a later update with App Store / Play billing.
